Had an enjoyable Christmas stay with great facilities including a clean, spacious bathroom which separated the toilet from the shower area. The location is perfect for exploring the area in all directions and a parking lot right behind the hotel was convenient. The free natural hot spring was a great bonus and a relaxing way to end each day.

The breakfast choices were limited and could be improved. Communication with the staff may be challenging for non-Japanese speakers, but they are courteous and well-trained.

The free hotspring was a highlight of our stay at Green Rich. We enjoyed relaxing in the warm waters every night. The hotel facilities were new and the Japanese design of the bathrooms was impressive. The parking behind the hotel was convenient as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
