Our stay at Villa Jasmine was excellent value for money. The room was cozy, well-furnished, and had a nice little balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center of Bolzano. The staff, especially Manuel, were welcoming and provided great tips for exploring the area.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all the holiday festivities. The hotel also had a cozy and festive atmosphere, with beautifully decorated common areas and a Christmas tree in the lobby. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips and recommendations for things to do and see during our stay.

Our room was not very well insulated against the cold weather. Despite having a heater, the room still felt chilly and we had to layer up to stay warm.
