As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the excellent staff, great bar, and super restaurant. The spacious and comfortable rooms were worth the upgrade, and the drinks at the lobby bar were fantastic. The cozy atmosphere and delicious cuisine made our stay memorable.

my recent stay at a hotel in turin was amazing. the location was perfect, walking distance to all the tourist spots. the staff was helpful and even called a doctor for my sick child. the rooms were spacious and had great views. overall, a fantastic experience.

Parking arrangements took a while.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with covered shopping arcades of via Roma, full of well-known brands and small boutiques, just a stone's throw away. It is also at the heart of the city and connects to several of the main Piazzas. Plus, it's conveniently located just off the main shopping street.

The spa's steam and sauna were not hot enough compared to expectations.

As avid bike riders, we loved the wonderful warm service at the hotel. The complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite was a pleasant surprise. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with a fabulous bathroom. The location was superb, right in the center of the city but still very quiet. We were thrilled to discover a beautiful pool and spa area in the basement, perfect for relaxing after a day of biking. And let's not forget the great bar, where they made the best Negroni we've ever had!

As low-budget travelers, we loved the reserved parking slot and helpful voiturier. Maurizio, the head concierge, provided outstanding dinner recommendations. The Wifi was the best we've encountered in a decade. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities.

Staying here was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities provided in the room were exceptional such as the private spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and steam room. The Spa & wellness centre is the perfect place to unwind from a busy day in the city. Service was outstanding. The restaurant served delicious food catering to special diet menus, in-room breakfast and packed lunches. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to everything we wanted to see in the city.

We had one minor issue during our stay. Even though the service was great, the staff in this hotel was a bit moody, which took away from the overall experience.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of town. The location couldn't be better, as it is in the center of the city's best shopping district. The rooms were modern and reasonably sized, with great showers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to go out of their way to please. The food at the restaurant was also very good, especially the breakfast buffet.

The air conditioning in the rooms was a bit weak, making the temperature a few degrees too hot.
