Had a terrible xmas experience at this hotel. The location was ideal, close to the main plaza and easily accessible to public transportation. Friendly staff were a plus.

I loved my recent stay at La Palma Capri! The staff on reception were excellent and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a good size terrace. The bar and lounge areas were also lovely, providing a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location in the center of Capri was very convenient, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel could use some improvements, such as adding a pool or a beautifully designed rooftop area for guests to enjoy. The air conditioning was not very effective, which could be uncomfortable during the hot summer months.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of Capri, just a stone's throw away from the main square where the cable car drops you off from the bottom of the mountain. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to everything. The breakfast provided was lovely, and we loved starting our day with a delicious meal. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, particularly Antonio at the front desk, who had a great sense of humor. We found the hotel facilities to be excellent and the whole place was spotless, thanks to the diligent cleaning ladies. Our room had beautiful Italian flair and was spacious and charming, with a very large and well-maintained bathroom.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The Great Concierge Sir Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide detailed information about the area and recommend fantastic restaurants. He truly stood out as the best concierge I have ever encountered. Additionally, the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the town. The reception area was beautifully designed, and the restaurant terrace provided a lovely setting for brunch and dinner. The live singer at night was also a pleasant surprise. Roberto at the reception was friendly and funny, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere.
