We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for us - clean and comfortable with big windows and lots of power outlets. The bathroom was spacious with a big shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The continental breakfast provided was satisfying, ensuring we started our day off right. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to take a nice walk to all the attractions in this city. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff.

I spent 3 days in town, one of which was used to visit Assisi. The location of this hotel was perfect, an easy walk to all the important spots. The staff at Valentino Centro Storico went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They provided excellent service and were kind and helpful. The older gentleman at the desk was extremely kind and even gave us umbrellas when it looked like it might rain. The younger gentleman prepared fresh cappuccinos for us in the morning. Sylvia, one of the staff members, was an absolute pleasure. She was understanding, helpful, and incredibly sweet.

Despite being a small hotel with no other public spaces or amenities, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, accommodating, and even called the bank for us to help with getting cash. Plus, the breakfast was simple yet satisfying, with freshly brewed cappuccino to start the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. The hotel's central location was perfect as it allowed us to easily explore all the main sights in the area. Additionally, there was an excellent restaurant just around the corner that was recommended by the hotel, offering good food and great value. Another advantage we appreciated was the above-average breakfast, which included real proper coffee.

One aspect that we didn't like was that all the rooms allowed smoking. However, the manager quickly addressed this issue and promptly changed our room to one where the smell was not noticeable.
