Lovely lakeside location, perfect for swimming in the lake. Views of the lake were stunning, even from non-lake view rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, plenty of lifts available. Excellent bar and waiter service. Ideal location close to village square for restaurants, water taxis, and shops. Reception staff were friendly.

The receptionist was super lovely and upgraded us to a room with a jaw-dropping view of the lake. The location was mind-blowing, with easy access to both the pool and the lake for a swim. The restaurant offered a perfect dining experience and the walk around town was magical. While the rooms were a bit dated, the cleanliness of the linen and beds was top-notch. The staff were professional and attentive, providing excellent recommendations for dining and activities. The overall environment was comfortable and not stuffy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and San Giulo island. The hotel offers a range of quality services that enhanced our comfort, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, and swimming pool. The sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The staff here were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent room service and making sure our needs were met. The room itself was well-appointed, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas, which made it easy to stay connected.

As youngsters, we loved the stunning location right by Lake Orta. The hotel's garden allowed us to easily take a dip in the lake, which was a fantastic experience. The outdoor bar area was a cool place to hang out and enjoy our drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, arranging transfers for us when they were not readily available.

We recently stayed at San Rocco in Orta and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is a converted monastery located in the old town, right on the lake front. The setting is absolutely stunning and the large terrace is perfect for enjoying early evening drinks. We also appreciated the reasonably priced bar and the welcome drink that was included in our stay. The location and setting of the hotel cannot be beaten, and we highly recommend it. The rooms were adequate, although not particularly remarkable, but the overall experience more than made up for it.
