Their attentiveness and care made us feel truly special. We especially want to thank Alberto, Anna, Antonio, Federico, Marina, and the cleaning staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their dedication definitely made a difference.

The staff were exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service. They paid extra care and attention to everything. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and center. The hotel facilities were very good, and the cleanliness was commendable. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and right off the main square.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, offering comfort without ostentation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was great, with easy access to the train station and nearby cities for day trips.

The hotel lobby could use some refurbishment as it appeared a bit care worn. Additionally, the entertainment during dinner was not particularly impressive, with only a gentleman playing an electric piano.

Stayed in the heart of Tuscany, a fantastic location with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a strong shower. The hotel provided a breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

The parking was a bit of a hassle, as there were few spots available. The hotel entrance wasn't wheelchair-friendly, but the staff were willing to assist.
