The location of this place is perfect, situated between two main gondolas that provide easy access to skiing in the mountains and the Sella Ronda ski lifts. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view from the balcony. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and services, such as room service, laundry, ski pass vendor, and ski equipment hire. The staff here is exceptional, providing top-notch service and making us feel welcome with a complimentary welcome drink.

The lack of coffee or tea in the rooms was a small disappointment.

The room was not clean upon arrival - the sheets were stained and the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired. The Wi-Fi connection was hit and miss the entire stay, which made it difficult to work from the room.
