We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, right in the center of everything. We were just a stone's throw away from the ferry to the Cinque Terre villages, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The hotel itself was clean and had all the basic facilities we needed. The breakfast served on the terrace was a delightful experience, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were friendly, English-speaking, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the private car park and the regular and frequent bus stops right outside the hotel. the location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff made our stay truly memorable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The manager even helped carry my bags and my mobility scooter up a flight of stone steps. The breakfast terrace was a delightful spot to start my day. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Parking was easy to arrange, and the transportation options were convenient. this hotel's location in the center of everything made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at New Hotel Genio and had a fantastic experience. The location is superb, with panoramic views of the harbor and bay. The manager was incredibly helpful with our luggage, even though there were some steps to climb. The breakfast terrace was a wonderful place to start the day, and the hotel is right in the heart of the historic village. Boats leave just a short walk away, and the manager was able to arrange parking for us. a delightful stay!
