The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurt, and coffee. The staff serving us at breakfast were polite and friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to access from the airport. It was also within walking distance to many attractions in the city.

The noise levels in our room were unbearable due to the busy street outside. We regretted not asking for a quieter room.

You can easily reach the hotel by taking a land bus from Marco Polo Airport till Piazzale Roma, and from there it's just a short walk away. The location is ideal as it is in a busy but slightly less touristy area, which means you can escape the crowds but still be close to all the main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful Venetian style decor. The bathroom is well-maintained and the service provided by the receptionists is helpful. The breakfast offered is delicious with a good selection of food. One of the advantages of staying at this hotel is the stunning views you can enjoy, such as canal views from the suite and terrace.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

The hotel is situated in a charming location overlooking a beautiful canal. The balcony in our room provided a fantastic view of the daily activities in Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering a discount on our private water taxi trip when it was not met at the airport. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options, with fresh fruits and a well-furnished dining area.

The hotel had some drawbacks. The thin drapes in our room allowed early morning light to seep in, disrupting our sleep.

Secondly, the rooms were decorated in a glorious Venetian style, with elegant details and even a small balcony to enjoy the canal views. Lastly, the staff provided exceptional service, with attentive and friendly staff members who were always ready to assist. Plus, the breakfast offered a great selection, including delicious coffee and even gluten-free options upon request. this hotel offers excellent value for money and truly captures the essence of Venice.
