The hotel had a cozy and warm atmosphere, which made it perfect for a Christmas getaway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.- The hotel was located near the beach, allowing for beautiful views and leisurely walks along the coast.

The rooms were a bit small and cramped, which made it difficult to fully relax and unwind. The hotel's restaurant menu was limited and lacked variety, making it hard to find options that suited our tastes.

We had an amazing time here! The location of this place is perfect, just right across the beach promenade where we had a lovely walk. The staff was exceptional and really helpful, even arranging our dietary requests. The room amenities were top-notch and we had everything we needed right at hand. The restaurant had a fine dining experience with a delicious menu, and the bar lounge had a great atmosphere with a welcome drink to start off our evening. The leisure centre had everything we needed with indoor pools, sauna, and a sun terrace to relax in.

We had a great time staying here. The location was perfect, with amazing views over the bay. The balcony area was very nice and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Alannah on reception, who was friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious meals and a great atmosphere. The leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a bonus and added to our overall enjoyable experience.

stayed at a lovely hotel in Galway, but Bay Hotel Conference & Leisure Centre was next level! Stunning location, beautiful rooms, and incredible views. Staff were friendly and even provided a great veggie breakfast option. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is located right on the seafront in Salthill, providing beautiful views of the bay. There are plenty of options for dining and entertainment in the city centre, which is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure all guests feel welcome. The breakfast options are impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste.

The seating area in the reception of the leisure centre is quite small and can become crowded during peak times.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be right by the sea. The location is perfect, and a short drive takes you to the city centre. stayed in galway before, but this time bay hotel conference & leisure centre exceeded expectations with incredible staff, attention to detail, and delicious breakfast with berries and nuts.

The view of the bay from the hotel room was stunning. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Amazing ocean views, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a wide range of options including vegan and vegetarian. Free on-site parking and bus stop outside for easy travel. Enjoyed the pool and great walks along the nearby coast.

Fantastic location with stunning ocean views. Great food in both the bar and restaurant, and very friendly and personable service. We particularly liked Ryan who made our time in the bar a memorable experience. Breakfast was also tasty, and the lobby was comfortable and inviting.

The lifts were slow and the staircase options limited. The room was a little hot and noisy, and the bathrooms were quite small.

As a leisure traveler, I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Galway Bay Hotel. The highlight of my stay was the delicious omelette I had on Monday - it was simply divine! The food in general was excellent and served piping hot. The spacious room was spotlessly clean, offering superb bay views and top-notch bathroom facilities. The hotel's location, overlooking the beautiful Galway Bay, was convenient yet away from the bustling town center. The nearby bus stop made exploring the area hassle-free. I highly recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean with stunning bay views. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a beautiful balcony area offering amazing views over the bay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome.

The breakfast selection could have been better, particularly the fried egg which was cold even though the plate was hot. It would have been great if there were more options and the food was served hot consistently.
