As a backpacker, I loved the all-day complimentary drinks and lounge facilities. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and tasted delicious. The junior suite had complete amenities, a comfortable bed, and a good view. The staff, especially the man in the white shirt, were very nice and proactive. We also received a complimentary birthday cake for my son.

Our stay at Kempinski was absolutely wonderful! We spent two weeks at this world-class resort and were blown away by the personalized service and high-quality experience. The hotel has a beautiful and unique character, with stunning decor and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to assist us with any requests. The food options were excellent, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. We especially loved the breakfast, which had an abundance of delicious choices. The resort offers great facilities, including multiple pools, bars, restaurants, and a gym. Additionally, there are plenty of activities for both adults and kids, making it a perfect family-friendly destination. We cannot wait to return to Kempinski next year!

I was amazed by the stunning architecture of Kempinski and enjoyed my private pool villa. The spa had great treatments and facilities which helped me relax. Despite some minor issues with slow service, everything exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the main area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It is also near the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the sea. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options from different cuisines. The friendly staff provides top-notch service, ensuring a memorable experience.

Rooms are varied and distant from one another, with villas including a private pool and separate restaurant option. Stunning ocean views from some rooms, with buggy services available. Lots of complimentary extras including high tea and children's activities.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a magnificent hotel in Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived at the grand entrance lobby, we knew this was going to be a special experience. The dedicated check-in area for villa guests made us feel truly welcomed. Our 2-bedroom villa with a private pool was perfect for our family. The outdoor living room and kitchen provided all the amenities we needed, and the heated toilet seats were a luxurious touch. The fully stocked complimentary mini bar was restocked daily, and the breakfast in the Villa Lounge was outstanding. The staff was super nice and the main pool deck offered stunning views. The kids' pool area with slides kept our children entertained, and overall, we had an unforgettable experience.

The complementary champagne and strawberries upon arrival were a nice touch for our romantic escape. The beachfront location and stunning pool with beautiful cabanas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A bonus was the daily activities schedule that kept us entertained with yoga and gym sessions.

Our stay was marred by some negative aspects. The food was mediocre at best, and the lack of variety left us feeling underwhelmed.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was a dream come true. The exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled our every need. The beach access and entertainment options were also exceptional. The sun terrace provided a beautiful view of the garden area and the beachfront, and the spa lounge and beauty treatments were world-class. The private facilities were breathtaking, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and bar/lounge area. We were also impressed with the location advantages, as the hotel was easily accessible from the airport.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the coffee/tea in the lobby was not up to our standards. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the plethora of positive aspects of this hotel.
