The breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless. I was impressed by the prompt response of the housekeeping staff when I requested an additional towel. I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency.

The hotel staff was welcoming and professional, with well-trained waitstaff. Breakfast was varied and appetizing, with a lot of options to choose from. The room was well-maintained with adequate facilities, like air conditioning and room service.

The hotel struggled to maintain their amenities and facilities, with frequent power outages throughout the day.

The pool view room was not available, but the staff made up for it with exceptional service and a sumptuous breakfast. Chef Rajeev went above and beyond to cater to my daughter's needs, while Satakshi, Karamveer, and Chef Tapas ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Vaishnavi and Saloni from the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. the location and breakfast quality were great.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The breakfast spread was amazing and we loved the complimentary treats provided. The hotel's location was perfect and we could easily explore the nearby attractions. The staff was always friendly and helpful. What we enjoyed most was the cozy and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities.

We did have some issues during our stay. we noticed a shortage of staff in certain areas, which affected the quality of service.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and warm hospitality from the staff. The room was elegantly decorated with modern furnishings and all the luxurious amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The indoor swimming pool and spa centre were perfect retreats after a long day of business meetings.

The only minor issue I encountered was a slight delay in the in-room breakfast delivery, but the hotel staff was quick to resolve the issue and the delicious breakfast more than made up for the wait.
