I had a great stay at Fortune. The spacious room and friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had great options and the gym & pool were a nice addition. I would recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and luxurious amenities at this hotel. The staff made our stay comfortable and lavish, and the room size and comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had a pool, gym, and a restaurant that served delicious food. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide selection of dishes that were both healthy and tasty. the facilities and services exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We appreciated the two complimentary amenities offered during our stay. The location was very convenient for exploring the area and we enjoyed being close to popular attractions. The breakfast selection was another standout feature that we enjoyed every morning.

The staff appeared to be insensitive to our dietary requirements which made it difficult for us to care for our 8-month-old baby while we were there. the blocked drains in the bathroom were a recurring issue that was not addressed during our stay.

I appreciated how willing they were to fix any small issues and how they did it all with a smile. The rooftop restaurant was definitely a highlight for me - it was so down to earth and had a lovely view. Plus, the amenities were top-notch with everything from dry cleaning to car hire.

The TV cable in one of the rooms had some issues, and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom drain in another room.
