Prompt Solution from Hotel Management

During my stay at Country Inn & Suites in Navi Mumbai, I had a small issue with the cleanliness of my room and some insects. However, I must commend the hotel management for their prompt solution. After I complained about the situation, they immediately changed my room to a very clean and comfortable one. It was impressive to see their quick response in resolving the problem.

Located conveniently near the Mumbai-Pune highway and the industrial area, this hotel was a convenient choice for us as we had to visit a nearby facility. The room was tidy, the breakfast was quite satisfying, and the staff at the bar was polite and attentive, offering us great service.

The unprofessional staff at the front desk left a lot to be desired. They refused to help us with our internet connectivity issue and even failed to fix the blocked drain in the bathroom in a timely manner, making us wait for ages.

Great breakfast with South Indian options made to order. Spacious room with comfy bed, clean bathroom. Hotel staff welcoming and helpful, providing bottled water and arranging transport. Amenities include swimming pool, gym, spa, and indoor activities. Highly recommend for exceptional service levels.

As a business traveler, I really enjoyed the South Indian breakfast at the Radisson. The made-to-order dosas and uttapams were delicious, and the sambar and chutneys complemented them perfectly. The Masala Tea was a delightful treat. The Mosaic Restaurant also offered a variety of tasty local dishes. The fruit selection, including watermelon, pineapple, and papaya, was refreshing. I appreciated the availability of bottled water without any extra cost. The welcoming attitude of the restaurant manager and the friendly staff made my dining experience enjoyable. The in-room dining service was prompt, and the portion sizes were just right. The housekeeping staff provided fresh towels, bottled water, and tea/coffee amenities regularly. My room was cleaned daily. The reception staff and duty manager were helpful in arranging local transportation, making it convenient for me to travel around.

Felt very comfortable during my stay at the Radisson, Navi Mumbai, with no reason to complain.

We loved staying at this hotel for our business tours. This venue is located on the main highway close to the industrial estate, which makes it easy for us to visit nearby factories. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and electric kettle. Also, the staff was very courteous and helpful. They made us feel welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink. The room service was quick, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the dining restaurant, which had an excellent choice of cuisine.

This place is perfect for family and friends looking for a luxurious stay at a budget-friendly cost.
