We had a very nice stay at a conveniently located hotel. The rooms were a bit dated but comfortable. The breakfast was great and the pool was a refreshing amenity. We did experience some noise at night and the service was slow at times, but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of two shopping malls and across the street from a large mall with movie theaters. The neighborhood is nice and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good.

Stayed at a hotel in San Pedro Sula during Easter and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Loved the clean rooms and the stunning view from the top floor. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, especially the mouth-watering beef dish. The bar on the ground floor was also a great place to relax and enjoy some live music.

While overall my stay was great, there were a couple of minor issues. The light switch in the bathroom wasn't working properly, sometimes not turning on at all or making strange noises.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It is conveniently close to downtown, shopping malls, and main avenues, making it easy to get around and get your business done. Additionally, it is situated near the northern coast for scuba diving adventures, as well as near the highway to travel to the Ruins of Copan near Santa Rita. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a sitting area. There is also a beautiful terrace and patio where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding gardens. The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. From reception to the restaurants to the front door, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We truly felt at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast at Copantl was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially David at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and resolved any issues we had. The hotel is located in a great part of town, close to major shopping areas. The well-kept grounds and beautiful courtyard, with a stunning tree, added to the overall charm of the place. I felt safe throughout my stay. Don't miss the steak restaurant on the 7th floor for great food and a fantastic view. Special mention to Eric, the English-speaking driver/translator, who was invaluable.

As a disabled traveler, I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and their willingness to help in any way they could. The La Ceiba suite, where I had an event, received a positive reaction from everyone who entered. The hotel's decor and character, as well as the well-maintained facilities, made it a pleasant and safe stay. The breakfast had a great selection, and there were plenty of amenities such as a pool, courts, and a cafe to keep me entertained.

I stayed at a classy hotel in a quiet neighborhood with a traditional feel. The hotel was located on a slope with beautiful grounds. The rooms were clean and well appointed with high-speed internet. The elaborate breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. Additionally, the service was exceptional- the staff was attentive, friendly, and helped guests improve their Spanish.

I had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel. The spacious apartment was absolutely huge, with separate living and bedroom areas. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and willing to assist with anything I needed. The hotel restaurants were top-notch, offering delicious meals at reasonable prices. I especially loved the hidden "churrascaria" on the top floor. The gym was incredibly well-equipped, just like a real gym. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
