We stayed at a hotel within walking distance of the airport, and conveniently located near the shopping street in the center of the city. The room had clean towels, and the staff was polite and helpful. The room was equipped with coffee and tea, but the hot water facility in the lobby was not available for guests.

There was a lack of organization regarding the sauna usage and garage parking which caused inconvenience.

The standard at this hotel was what we have come to expect locally in Australia. The room had a nice view over the city and the breakfast provided was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main street and the Christmas markets. The staff were really nice and even upgraded our room when we had a problem with the window. our experience at the Leonardo Royal Hotel was excellent.
