The hotel is in a fantastic location, with all the major attractions within walking distance. You can easily explore the traffic-free area of the city and enjoy the charm of the historic quarter. Additionally, there is a parking lot nearby, although it can be a bit confusing if you are not familiar with the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

One downside is the motion-detector light switch in the corridor leading to the rooms. It can be a bit inconvenient, especially when trying to lock your door and find your way in the darkness.

I had a lovely stay at this friendly little hotel. My room was light and airy, with a balcony and 2 chairs where I could sit and watch the hubbub below. The bed was super comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The view of the cathedral, St Sernin, was super, especially when standing up to see properly. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel warmly welcomed. The location was great, overlooking the Basilica and within walking distance of everything I wanted to see in the city. it was a perfect experience.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel's location to be perfect for those who want to explore the historic district and local eateries. I also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The rooms were quite cozy and had all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries and juices that were quite enjoyable.

The inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity around the hotel premise. , the absence of an elevator made carrying my luggage quite challenging.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were clean and well-maintained, with basic but quality products provided. The location is unbeatable, right next to the stunning St Sernin church, allowing us to explore the city on foot.

The continental breakfast had lots of choice and there were also good food options nearby. The hotel's proximity to the pedestrianized area of the old town made it perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot.
