We were close to everything, including the city center and the Cathedral, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The room we stayed in was spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the city. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious foods to start our day.

The air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn't working properly, and despite the staff's efforts, they were unable to fix it.

the premier collection in strasbourg exceeded my expectations. the stunning 19th century architecture, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast buffet made my stay unforgettable. the helpful and attentive staff, especially herr emmanuel, provided exceptional service and made me want to extend my stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the turndown service, something we had not experienced before.

If you're looking for a hotel in a central location, this might not be the place for you. However, we found it quite refreshing to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
