The hotel is located in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the heart of the town. It is not right in the center, but it is close enough for convenience. the hotel is conveniently situated next to the police station, ensuring a sense of security for guests.

A minor drawback is that some noise from adjacent rooms or upstairs can be heard.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with plenty of space. The WiFi was strong and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better! It was just a few minutes walking from the beach and right next to a street full of shops and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and friendly, giving us advice on where to eat and what to see in the city. the room itself was spotless and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and free coffee and tea.

Our only real complaint was that the breakfast offered wasn't that great. It was a bit basic and didn't have a lot of variety, especially for the price.

This hotel is a gem in a busy area, with its great value for money and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right next to the police station and just a short walk to the vibrant centre. Exploring the Basque Country and its beautiful beaches is so convenient from here. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities in the room are more than enough. The rooms are spacious, with a sizeable bathroom tucked away in another cupboard. And the breakfast spread is delicious and filling, giving you a great start to the day.

Great location close to the main tourist area and within walking distance to the town and beach. Spacious and clean rooms, with one of them newly renovated and beautifully done.The staff, particularly Christine, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with car parking and providing tips about the town.

Limited on-site parking available, which meant we had to find street parking or use a local car park. The reception wasn't open 24 hours, which could be inconvenient if there was a problem or for very early check-outs.

Immaculately clean rooms with comfortable beds. Convenient location in the center of town with secure on-site parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to Basque Country, beaches, and transportation.
