The location was ideal, only a short walk away from the Eiffel tower and other attraction places in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, with a friendly and helpful attitude. There were also some special touches like a greeting card for our anniversary and a gift for my birthday.

The service is fantastic, from room service, dry cleaning, laundry, to airport shuttle. We enjoyed the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance available. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a soundproofed terrace. The staff members were very helpful and took care of everything, even my girlfriend's birthday with a bottle of Champagne.

Families should be aware that this hotel has an unusual policy for cleaning. We didn't request cleaning for several consecutive days of our week-long stay, which made us realize that it's not a daily routine here.
