As a solo traveler, I had a very enjoyable stay in a hotel located in the very center of a gorgeous city. The hotel was situated on a street which lasted until 5 o'clock in the morning on Saturdays, providing a lively atmosphere. The room I stayed in was very cozy and clean, with fresh decoration. The bathroom was lovely, with a nice bath to relax in after a long day of exploring. The service provided by the staff was extremely helpful and polite. Although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, I noticed that it looked delicious with a variety of options. the hotel provided a great view from the window, a comfortable and spacious room, and nice little extra touches that were much appreciated.

One negative aspect of the hotel was that the directions to the underground parking could be more precise. It was not easy to see the entrance, which resulted in a protracted journey around the one-way system in the city.

during our recent stay in toulouse, le grand balcon exceeded our expectations. the great location and friendly staff made our romantic getaway even more special. the clean and nicely appointed rooms, along with the delicious breakfast, added to the overall wonderful experience.

One highlight was the beautiful bath in our cute and comfy room. The hotel had a design-conscious feel with cool features. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to the city.

I had a very comfortable stay at a conveniently located hotel in the center of town. The staff was pleasant and the room was modern and well-maintained. I appreciated the complimentary minibar with water and juice. The elevator was functional and there were good restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was very close to the center and within a quick walk to shops and bars. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool and the availability of sun beds. The kitchen in the apartment was well-equipped with a large fridge and freezer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier on the arrival day and providing a cleaning service every morning.

Great location to celebrate New Year's Eve, right in the heart of the city. Awesome complementary breakfast and free minibar in the room, a pleasant surprise. appreciated the spacious room with a beautiful view of the city.

The noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to have a good night's sleep. The walls were paper-thin, and even earplugs couldn't help block out the noise from the surrounding streets.

We loved the location right off the Capitole and the stunning views from our beautiful suite and double room. The staff went above and beyond to arrange a surprise birthday cake for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely little touches like eco-friendly toiletries and a variety of hangers. The beds were comfortable and the towels generous.

We had a great time staying here as it's just off the main square in a lively area right in the heart of the city. The staff was willing to try and accommodate us with our reservation and the room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar were very convenient. We liked the soundproofed rooms and the free toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the jacuzzi for leisure.

Families should definitely try this place out, as it has great service including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. Additionally, there is a TV room with board games and pets are allowed.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, checking me in early when I arrived in the morning. The room was absolutely perfect, with all the amenities I could ask for. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and attentive housekeeping.

Perfect location! Right off the place du capitole, close to everything. We stayed in suite 32, which was spacious and clean with great views of the main square. The macarons in the room were a nice touch!
