The hotel's proximity to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants was excellent for our city break. The parking lot, albeit a 15-minute walk away, was very convenient and reasonably priced. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

The breakfast was a bit limited in choice and mostly consisted of carbs. The room itself was a bit basic and could have been cleaner.

The location of the hotel was perfect - a chateau close to Bordeaux. We were just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, where we could enjoy the sun and the waves. The main beach at the casino was also within walking distance, making it convenient for us to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel provided a taxi service to the train station, which made our transportation hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a breathtaking view of the ocean from our window.

The staff could be a bit more friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it is right on the best swimming beach in the area. The view from our room was simply stunning, especially during a heavy storm. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the tastefully renovated and decorated rooms, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The hotel provided excellent service, including room service, housekeeping, and even helping us with transportation and retrieving a forgotten item from our room.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just across from a beautiful beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for convenience. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Beautiful design, helpful staff, excellent location near the beach and centrum. Small and protected Port Vieux beach with many restaurants and bars nearby. Large beach only 5 min. walk away. Huge aquarium near the hotel. Fantastic sea views from the room. Walkable to everything, including great restaurants.

I recently stayed at the De La Plage - Nouvel Etablissement in a stunning superior room with a balcony overlooking the beach. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could wish for. The staff, particularly Joanna, were extremely helpful and assisted me with arranging cabs and retrieving a left item from my room. The rooftop cocktail bar/lounge was amazing, and the breakfast, though an additional cost, was tasty and reasonably priced. The location in the center of Biarritz provided picturesque views of a small bay and easy access to restaurants and other attractions.
