The room had a balcony with a stunning view of famous landmarks. The manager was very attentive and gave helpful recommendations. Staff were friendly and polite. The location was great, close to attractions but away from noise. Breakfast had a good selection and afternoon tea was a nice touch.

The staff was amazing, very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast had ample choices and was satisfying. we received two complementary gifts, making us feel welcomed.

We had a problem with the heating system which was not functioning during our stay. As a result, the room was quite chilly, making it uncomfortable, especially for our toddler.

While there were a few minor issues, such as slow draining sinks and thin walls, they did not significantly affect my overall experience. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

The hotel is situated in a very nice neighborhood, close to the city center and the iconic Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some offering a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the complimentary cold drinks and Nespresso machine in the room add a nice touch.

It is not very close to the metro, which can be a bit inconvenient for transportation.

They provided a daily afternoon tea with delicious treats, free of charge. Champagne on the first evening and complimentary wine and macaroons in the room. 24-hour access to hot drinks. Child-friendly staff who helped with early check-in and provided a baby cot. Spacious room with a great coffee maker and an enormous bathroom with a shower and tub. Good location and close to attractions.

My stay at the Pley Hotel was fantastic. The lobby and common areas were incredibly cool, and we enjoyed rooftop drinks with a stunning view. The large and comfortable rooms provided an amazing sleep, and the bed was great. The room service food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the main attractions, and the cocktail bar on the roof had the best bartender. our experience at Pley Hotel was superb.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel in a quiet location, a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home with their exceptional service. We were pleasantly surprised with the daily afternoon tea and breakfast, providing us with a variety of delicious food options to start our day. Our spacious room provided us with a mini bar, free for our use, and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. There was even a portable wifi device available for us to use during our stay for a minimal fee, making exploring the city even more effortless.

As a family traveling with both older and younger children, the family suite at Pley was perfect for us. The hotel's close proximity to the Arc allowed easy access to the hop on/hop off buses, making sightseeing a breeze. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the breakfast had just the right amount of options to suit everyone's tastes. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, with the Manager even personally greeting guests during breakfast.
