The facilities at this resort are absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and beautiful pool. The breakfast buffet was super delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone's tastes. The rooms were incredibly clean and modern, with spacious bathrooms and a small terrace to enjoy the view. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed. The wifi was surprisingly EXCELLENT, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we've stayed in Egypt. The resort also had a fantastic tennis court and spa, where we could relax and unwind. The highlight for us was the private beach, which offered exceptional snorkeling with an incredible reef wall. We couldn't get enough of exploring the underwater world right at our doorstep. our stay was simply jaw-dropping, and we can't wait to come back again.

As a business traveler, I loved the large, well-kept hotel area and the carefully assembled beach. The stunning beauty of the living coral and the variety of fish made snorkeling an incredible experience. The helpful and attentive staff, including lifeguards on the pontoon, were always ready to assist. The main buffet restaurant offered a rich and varied menu for all tastes, and the Mexican restaurant near the swimming pool and beach was a great addition. The Family suite with a sea-view on the first line was absolutely delightful. The animation team did a fantastic job of making our stay special and fun. The hotel also had a dive club with very professional personnel, allowing us to enjoy diving while staying here. The property showed understanding and refunded nights we didn't stay.

The Chef at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I requested vegetarian options and he even learned special Indian vegetarian dishes just for me. The dedication of the staff at Renaissance was impressive. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast selection was amazing and we even got complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. The location near the beach was perfect for a weekend getaway. Plus, the pool area was never too crowded and we could always find a comfy lounger to relax on.

The entertainment team was not very engaging and seemed more focused on selling us things rather than making sure we had a good time. , the room could use some updating as the decor felt a bit outdated.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience! The spa and wellness centre had a sauna, steam room, and treatments such as full body massages, body wraps, and facials. The outdoor swimming pool with its sun terrace, sun loungers, and heated area were exclusive amenities that made the relaxing experience even better. The restaurant had a buffet breakfast, dinner, and special diet menus.

There was only one minor issue, the poolside snack bar was closed during our stay, which was inconvenient. However, the bar and lounge area made up for it with their refreshing beverages and snacks.
