I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel with exceptional location and friendly staff. The hotel may need renovations, but the affordable price and great location make up for it. The food was okay, although the portions could have been more generous considering the number of guests. The staff were welcoming and hospitable, and the animation team was perfect, offering a variety of programs for both kids and adults. It's a great hotel for honeymooners and older couples, and when the weather is good, it's a great choice for friends and younger families.

A fancy restaurant where chefs cook for you, a unique infinity pool, state-of-the-art gym, beautiful gardens, and fantastic views. They even catered to my vegetarian diet!

The hotel's decoration and general areas were just beautiful. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the elegant and serene ambiance created by the tasteful decor and lovely landscaping, making it perfect for relaxation and gentle strolls. The accessibility for senior people was well thought out, with smooth pathways and plenty of comfortable seating areas, allowing me to move around and rest easily.

The pool area was dope for us to chill and have some lit pool parties. We even saw dolphins in the sea, it was so rad! The kids had a blast in the safe play area – they were fully occupied, giving us time to just kick back and relax.

Wish there was more evening entertainment for us young party-goers, like maybe a cool DJ by the beach to keep the vibe going all night long!

The hotel's location is perfect, right on the sea and close to the beach. The prices are great and the attention to detail is impressive, such as using glasses instead of mineral bottles in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided are more than enough.

Enjoyable stay despite some issues. Our room lacked heating, but the comfortable bed made up for it. Sea view was distant, but we enjoyed the infinity pool and beach. Dinner menu was average, but the views from Gezirah restaurant were magnificent. we recommend the hotel.

The accessibility for wheelchair users was great, with helpful staff ready to assist. The first-floor garden view rooms were spacious and easy to maneuver in a wheelchair. The pool and private beach provided plenty of fun and relaxation. a fantastic place for a chill beach weekend.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation! The food was delicious and we enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks and chocolates. The pool and beach areas were stunning and offered the perfect place to relax. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay more enjoyable.

Some areas could be improved. The bathroom was not as clean as we had expected and the variety of the breakfast and dinner buffet was limited.

The kids club at the resort is a great place for your kids to play in a safe environment and under full supervision of their parents. The staff are not only attentive but also go the extra mile to keep the little ones engaged and entertained.

My wife says that the kids club could use more shaded outdoor play areas for the children.

This luxury hotel provides exclusive amenities that made my stay here memorable. The Spa and wellness centre was excellent, offering a wide range of massages including full body and head massages. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were clean and well-maintained, and the BBQ facilities on the sun terrace made for a fantastic evening. The venue's entertainment was also great, and the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus available.

The only negative aspect I experienced here was that the Sauna closed too early, at a time when some guests still wanted to use it. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was helpful and provided a tailor-made service so that their guests could enjoy a relaxing stay.

The location of this hotel is good, with the beach right next to it. The main restaurant is recommended, with friendly staff. The swimming suites are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. Also, the view from the room is fantastic.

The coffee and tea at dinner are charged extra and not included in the package.
