The river view from my room was stunning and the comfort of the bed was exceptional. Even though the hotel is a bit outdated, it didn't affect the quality of my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the many food options for breakfast. I would recommend the hotel.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The breakfast had a great selection of food, with a variety of options to choose from. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant stay.

The carpets in the rooms were quite dirty and there was a lot of dust throughout the hotel. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working and it was a bit of a hassle to get it changed.

The breakfast buffet at Hilton was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant for my evening meals which were both tasty and reasonably priced. The staff at Hilton was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Additionally, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I did experience some inconvenience with the ATM machine located outside the front entrance, which was managed by others. Despite three separate attempts, it never allowed me to withdraw Egyptian Pounds.

We stayed in a hotel located in a charming area called Zamalek, and the hotel is situated in the heart of this beautiful island overlooking the Nile River. Our room was spacious and tidy, and I loved the view from our window. The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty food, and the terrace view was mesmerizing.

Located near the Nile river and Cairo Tower, with spacious rooms and excellent service. The staff, including Salma and Mohammad, were friendly and accommodating, especially in helping with tours and vegan meals. Room service and restaurant food was delicious. a recommended choice for a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect for me in a lovely neighbourhood. The service was top-notch with room service available always. The amenities are great and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed including the comfortable bed and the balcony overlooking greenery. The staff was kind and attentive, and they even helped me arrange tours.

The hotel's location near the beautiful Nile river provides a nice panoramic view of the lifeline of Egypt. Additionally, it is conveniently situated in Zamalek where there are many restaurants to choose from. The breakfast offered at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide choice and freshly made coffee or cappuccino from an Italian machine. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great pool and one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever experienced! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Salma at the reception. The location was great, situated in a more quiet and residential area but still close to everything.

The customer service was poor, with lengthy waits at the reception and poor service in the restaurant. It was also disappointing that there was no proper drinks menu or bar area.
