We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, just across the beach with a stunning terrace facing the sea. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff were super nice and helpful, always ready to assist us. The hotel also provided great amenities such as free Wi-Fi in rooms, soundproofed rooms, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket, spa, ATM, and the beach within walking distance. we had a wonderful experience here.

That the price was a bit high. However, considering all the positive aspects of this hotel, we would still recommend it to everyone.

The location was great, with a stunning view over the bay and easy access to restaurants and markets. the staff made me feel safe and the room was spacious and modern, with the added bonus of a jacuzzi on the deck.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just right on the beach and very close to the shops in Split town center. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a stunning view from the large balcony. One negative aspect was the overwhelming smell of detergent from the communal clothes washer located in the hall outside.

our romantic weekend in split was made even more special by our stay at Luxury Rooms Seven. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and with amazing views from the balcony. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and amazing showers. The hotel's location was ideal, right on the beach in a quiet area with lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to shops and just a short trip away from the city center by bus or taxi. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the sea.

That the housekeeping service seemed a bit inconsistent. It was necessary to put up a sign in order for our room to be cleaned, as otherwise it would be ignored.
