we had such a fantastic experience at this hotel! the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. they had a variety of delicious options, including both local and international dishes. the staff were exceptional, especially Christian and Natalia who went above and beyond to make our stay special. the pool, recreation, and spa facilities were outstanding, perfect for families on a budget. there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the restaurant and service were also great. overall, we had an incredible time and will definitely be returning.

The concierge staff in particular were extremely helpful, spending a good amount of time helping me with my airline issues. I cannot express how grateful I am for their support. Additionally, the event organization department and personnel were outstanding, helping me plan and execute a complete celebration just two days before the event. The pool, recreation, and spa facilities were impressive, offering a variety of activities for families on a budget. The restaurant and service were also great, and there were plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby.
