The Premier Room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with access to an exclusive executive lounge. It was definitely worth the extra money. The convenience of having a subway station just a 5-minute walk away was a major plus for a solo traveler like me.

During our stay at Novotel, my husband fell ill and the staff went above and beyond to support us. Lisa, Murren, and Sunny were incredibly kind and generous, assisting us personally by taking me to the chemist and train ticket office, and even arranging food to be brought to our room. The hotel itself was excellent, with a comfortable bed, ample hot water, and a changing urban view. The cleaning ladies were lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend Novotel to any future guests. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the great location of the hotel, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The proximity to Walmart and a variety of restaurants was also convenient. The Novotel Nanjing Central offers spacious rooms, convenient underground parking, and a centralized location for easy city exploration. The staff are fluent in English, very helpful, and accept credit card payments. The breakfast restaurant opens early at 6:30 a.m., and staff were willing to accommodate me even earlier at 6:00 a.m. The breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from.

The hotel rooms are generally small in Asia, but the Novotel Nanjing Central provides a decent amount of room space. No complaints about the size and amenities offered.

Conveniently located by the MTR station, making it easy to visit different attractions. Spacious rooms, perfect for families with children. Friendly and helpful staff. Great price for lunch and delicious food.
