A perfect stay at Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai. The hotel's location near a mall and underground station was ideal. The gym and playground were great amenities. The room was always clean and well stocked. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Club floor cocktail hour was excellent, with a Filipino chef who showcased his culinary prowess. The Club staff were also very friendly and efficient. The hotel's proximity to Century Park and the Exhibition Center was convenient, and we enjoyed the kids-friendly facilities, including the pool. The adventure zone for kids was huge, although it may not be suitable for children under 5 years old. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of food choices in the area. The hotel's bakery impressed us with its delicious cakes and bread. We never had to wait for an elevator, and the hotel staff were friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also next to the Kerry shopping centre, offering a variety of dining and shopping options. Additionally, it is in close proximity to the main Shanghai centre, making it convenient for business travelers.

The breakfast buffet could have more food variety and the table cleaning service was a bit slow in the morning.

I had a wonderful experience at Kerry Hotel Pudong. I lost my wallet near the hotel, but with the help of Claire, a hotel staff member, it was returned to me safe and sound. She even went the extra mile to accompany me to the police station and translate for me. The level of service and hospitality at this hotel is truly top-notch. I highly recommend Kerry Hotel Pudong for a fantastic stay.

Great service from the doorman to reception to housekeeping. Comfortable rooms with good-sized beds and well-equipped bathrooms. Choice of eating venues, including a buffet restaurant and a Michelin restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff, particularly in the lounge and at the MEAT restaurant. Convenient location near an exhibition center and a metro station.

Some rooms have views of a warehouse complex, which may not be appealing. Lack of USB charging ports in the rooms.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was amazing, especially if you need to go to the Shanghai International Expo Centre or the Pudong airport. The staff treated me with friendliness and were helpful throughout my stay.

The sports club was a great addition, perfect for families with kids. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the great experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Kerry Hotel Pudong. The highlight of my trip was when I misplaced my wallet near the hotel. I had given up hope of finding it since it contained a significant amount of cash and multiple cards. However, to my surprise, I received a call from Claire, a staff member at the hotel, informing me that my wallet had been found and delivered to the local police station.
