I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me by name and check-in was quick. The hotel had an impressive luxury appearance. The room layout was impressive, clean, and the bed was turned down with cookies and water. The bathroom amenities were nice. The hotel provided a daily newspaper during breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to attractions such as Rogers Arena, the waterfront, and Granville Island. The Pacific Place Mall and museum are also nearby. The hotel offers a turn-down service and I enjoyed sitting on the private balcony with my morning coffee.

Fantastic service and helpful staff. They were attentive and responded positively to all our requests. We can't thank them enough. The location was also great, centrally located for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel had a charming boutique feel and we enjoyed the amenities such as the spa and restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our overall stay was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Despite a few minor cleanliness issues and a room with a less-than-desirable view, the overall experience was positive. The staff at the front desk was friendly and attentive, and I had a good dining experience at the restaurant. Although there were some drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel based on its charm, amenities, and overall comfort.

What an exceptional stay! From the warm welcome at the curb to the outstanding meal at the onsite restaurant, everything at this hotel impressed me. The staff, the facilities, and the service were all top-notch. I particularly loved the elegant Old English charm of the hotel's decor. The location in the city center was perfect, just a block away from the train station. Plus, the piano bar provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. Another highlight was the easy access to transportation, with the nearby metro stop and water taxi to Grandville island. this hotel knows how to create a truly hospitable experience.

The service at this hotel was top-notch! From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of everything, from our bags to our car. The room was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the thoughtful design with plenty of places to charge our devices. The A+ service continued throughout our stay, and we were even welcomed with delicious homemade cookies and chocolates upon arrival. The key location allowed us to easily walk to lots of great dining options and attractions nearby.

We did encounter a few negatives during our stay. The staff in the evening seemed a bit rude, and nobody offered to help with our luggage.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got amazing value. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with high-end linens, a walk-in closet, and even a jacuzzi in the bedroom! The staff treated us like royalty, sending up congratulations treats for our honeymoon and making sure we felt extra special throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The breakfast could have been better if there was more variety in the menu options.
