The location of this hotel was perfect, we could walk everywhere. The rooftop hot tubs were a relaxing treat with amazing city views. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is in the centre of Banff with excellent friendly staff. The rooms, though not very large, are cozy and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spacious, with ample hot water and towels. The hotel also offers basic amenities such as a hot tub and breakfast included.

This hotel has an amazing location that is convenient for skiing any of the Big3 Mountains, as well as being close to everything in town and all main attractions. The rooms are clean, tidy and well serviced. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in our stay, even though we were under the impression it was. The only downside was that some areas of the hotel, such as the bathrooms, need updating and cleaning. However, the lobby is beautiful and the staff were excellent.

Unexpected charges at checkout.

Stayed for 2 nights in a beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Free parking was a great bonus.

The noise from the street was quite loud, even with the complimentary ear plugs provided. The washroom lacked privacy with a sliding door.

The value for our money at Mount Royal was excellent, with a comfortable and clean room. The hotel's location was great, being right in the center, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Mount Royal Hotel for a few nights while visiting Banff. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown. I also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and the beautiful mountain view from my window. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

I recently stayed at Mount Royal Hotel for a weekend getaway and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Situated right on Banff Ave, it was easy to explore the town and enjoy all it had to offer. The room itself was incredibly stylish, with luxurious designer touches and a comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel also provided ample parking for guests, which was a huge plus.
